The SOKOS ethos was born in the Republic of Georgia but made in California. I grew up with a mother passionate about home cooked meals and a deep respect for real ingredients. That foundation inspired SOKOS, and it's my way of carrying that mindset into a simple, honest protein bar made with ingredients you can pronounce. It reflects the things that matter to me, from the food I trust to the music and style that inspire me. All bars are made by hand, and we put a lot of love and care into each one.
